Chocolate covered Matzoh for Passover……Yummy!




And a recipe for Matzah Brei, which my mother always made for us:


– 4 matzohs
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 3/4 stick unsalted butter
– Cinnamon/sugar or maple syrup

Preparation: Crumble matzohs and soak in a bowl with water until throughly doused.   Then place matzoh in a bowl of beaten eggs for a few minutes and blend.   Add to a very hot buttered-skillet stirring until coated matzo is crisp.  Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar or topping of maple syrup.
